Dear Parents and Players,

I am writing to you to advise you that the Registration Day for the 2008/2009 cricket season will be held this Sunday 27^th July 2008 between 12noon and 3pm at the Pavillion, Apsley Rd, Willetton. Teams will be filled on a first-come basis.

However, you don't have to attend if you register prior to the Registration Day by completing the attached form  2008__rego_form 57.50 Kb and mailing it with your cheque for payment to:

Please make cheques payable to "WJCC". Payment can be made on the Registration Day by cash, money order and cheques.

This year you we have arranged for you to pay by credit card via the secure PayPal link on our website (top left corner). PayPal is used by Ebay for their payments, and is very secure. After clicking on the link, add in the correct amount for registration ($70/$120) and click 'update totals'. The click on 'continue', add your card details and 'review' and then finally 'pay now'. You can then print a receipt of your payment, and you will receive a confirmation email about it too.

If you have paid by PayPal, please tick the box located at the bottom of the registration form. NOTE: You will still need to mail your completed registration form to the above PO Box.

Registration Fees for 2008/2009 season:

In2CRICKET (was HAG)- $ 70.00    (same as last year- 6-8 years olds).

This includes a kit from Cricket Australia - hat, shirt, and other goodies.

Other Players - $ 120.00   (Under 10 - Under 17 years).

This includes a cricket shirt supplied by the club and a broad brimmed hat, and all team equipment such as balls, bats and pads.

The 2008/2009 registration fees will cover the season which commences in October and end in March 2009. Your coach will contact you once the teams are finalised to arrange training days. Contact is usually made via email, so please clearly write your email address on the registration form.

Our club is run by volunteers only. We always need help- please volunteer to assist. We need coaches for all teams and team managers. The committee meets on the first Tuesday of each month. Please contact a committee member to discuss how you can help your club. (Numbers can be obtained on the registration form or from the website).
