  Jenny Gunn

A hard-hitting batter and right-arm swing bowler who has been a regular member of the England team since making her Test debut at the age of 17 in 2004. A proven match-winner, particularly in the shorter forms of the game, she has notched up over 1,000 runs and taken 73 wickets for England in six Tests, 53 one-day internationals and eight Twenty20 internationals. She has also had WNCL experience, spending the past two seasons with the SA Scorpions, scoring 268 runs at an average of 24.36 and picking up 15 wickets at 18.47 in 15 matches. Trigger, as she is more affectionately known, has exceptional sporting pedigree, being the daughter of Nottingham Forest European Cup-winning defender Bryn Gunn. | >

  Steve Magoffin

Emerged as the Warriors’ leading paceman in 2007-08 after a consistent summer in both first class and one-day cricket. Was the team’s second highest wicket-taker in the interstate four day competition with 35 at an average of 25.48, and led the way for the second successive year in the Ford Ranger Cup with 14 at 27.21. His feats were recognised at season’s end when he took out the WACA’s inaugural Players Choice Award, which is voted on after every domestic fixture by the Retravision Warriors players that took part in that game. He also spent much of the 2008 winter playing in English county cricket for Worcestershire. | >
