Parent Participation Policy

Willetton Community Cricket Club is committed to fostering a fun and positive environment for all young players. We believe parental involvement is crucial to achieving this goal. This policy outlines the expectations for parents participating in our community cricket club.

We encourage a supportive and encouraging environments for all players, regardless of skill level. Parents are expected to model good sportsmanship by:

The club relies on volunteer parents to function effectively. As a condition of participation, all families are required to contribute in volunteer work per season. This includes, but is not limited to:

For the safety and well-being of all children, it is mandatory that a parent or designated guardian remains on-site for the entirety of their child’s training session or match.  Under no circumstances should children of age group U10 – U14 be left unattended at the ground.

We encourage parents to actively engage with their child’s cricket experience by:
